Mealworm Growing Pods

STEP 1

The Mealworm Growing Pod consists of 3 x White Mealworm Trays and 1 x Blue Beetle Tray.

STEP 2

Add Mealworms to a Mealworm Tray, you will need 120 -180g to start.

STEP 3

Over the coming weeks the mealworms will turn into pupae, as they do this, move the pupae from the mealworm tray to the raised centre of the blue beetle tray.

STEP 4

The pupae will then turn into beetles and start laying eggs. Continue step 3 till all the mealworm have pupated. Once all mealworm has pupated, leave the beetles in the tray.

STEP 5

After four weeks move the blue beetle tray into another tray. The tray that the beetles were in are now filled with eggs.

STEP 6

After a few weeks the mealworms will be visible and ready to feed to your pets. Repeat step 5 on a different tray for a continuous supply of animal feed.
